1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Beach Barrels website and attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

Beach Barrels is a licensed alcohol-serving establishment. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on our premises. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.

3. Events & Ticketing

Tickets for all Beach Barrels concerts are sold online at tickets.smarttab.com. Tickets are sometimes also available through fan club sites. Please be aware that tickets purchased through secondary markets may or may not be legitimate.

All event tickets, wristbands, passes, permissions, authorizations, and entry methods are subject to these terms. By accepting possession of or using any ticket, or by entering the event, the user agrees to all terms and is legally bound to comply.

Tickets evidence a revocable license to enter the event property. Violation of these terms of use may result in revocation of the license without prior notice.

4. Conduct on Premises

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Beach Barrels reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises for disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior without refund. Harassment of staff or other guests will not be tolerated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beach Barrels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to your visit shall be limited to the amount paid for admission.

6. Photography & Recording

By entering our venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Beach Barrels reserves the right to use such images and recordings on social media and marketing materials without compensation.
