Refund Policy
Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchased event tickets except in the circumstances outlined below.
Cancelled Events
If Beach Barrels cancels an event entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify ticket holders via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.
Lineup Changes
We do not offer refunds due to changes in the supporting lineup or set times. The headlining act may change without notice; refunds will not be issued for artist substitutions.
Denied Entry
Guests denied entry due to age verification failure, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of our code of conduct are not entitled to a refund.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through our online store is handled by our merch partner. Please refer to their return policy for merchandise-related refunds and exchanges.
